Overview
This robot replicates tea steeping techniques and tea determination skills of tea practitioners as well as different steeping recipes with the application of perception sensors and Artificial Intelligence (AI). No manual input of parametres is required, and the robot can produce tea with the best colour, aroma, and taste, basing on the nature of tea leaves. This can raise public awareness of traditional tea culture, thereby sustaining it.
